Questions owners ask before they switch
Straight answers. If yours is not here, send it with the form above, or ask the AI accountant on Pro or Ultra.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan has no time limit and no card. You get twenty new invoices, bills, expense claims or journals a month, two hundred in total, and you can invite one accountant read-only (with the Auditor role).
What happens when I reach a Free plan limit?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. You can still view, correct and export everything; you choose whether to move to Pro. Alerts arrive at 70%, 90% and 100% of each monthly allowance and of storage, on every plan.
Does the AI accountant change my books on its own?
No. It answers from your own records with the sources shown, and it can draft an entry, but every draft waits for your approval before anything is posted. The Free plan does not use AI at all.
Which taxes does it handle?
VAT at 18% with the new invoice format, SSCL, withholding tax with certificates, APIT for payroll, EPF and ETF returns, income tax instalments and a compliance calendar with the due dates. Tax rules are versioned, so a change in the Gazette becomes a dated update, not a surprise.
Where is my data kept, and can I take it with me?
Data is hosted in the Mumbai region with row-level isolation between businesses. You can export your data whenever you like, including after you stop paying.
Can my accountant use it?
Yes. Invite them read-only on any plan. On Pro and Ultra they get the accountant review pack in one click: trial balance, general ledger, VAT workings and the tie-out report.
