Which plan should I start on?

Free, unless you already need tax returns or payroll. Free is real books with a document cap, not a trial. When you hit a limit you can view, correct and export everything, and you decide whether to move up.

How do AI credits work?

One credit is US$0.01 of AI provider cost, measured per answer from the provider's own usage figures (if a backup model has to answer, the dearer of the two prices applies). Pro includes 150 a month and Ultra 600. Included credits reset each month; bought credits last 12 months and survive a downgrade.

Can I change or cancel?

Yes, from the billing page, at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period, upgrades straight away. If your team is larger than the new plan allows, the members added most recently are paused (never an owner, and nothing is deleted) until you make room or upgrade. Nothing is billed without you choosing it, and alerts arrive at 70%, 90% and 100% of each monthly allowance and of storage.

How do I pay?

By card through Stripe, charged in Sri Lankan rupees. Prices exclude tax. Your receipts and tax invoices for the subscription are available from the billing page.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Yearly billing costs 10% less than twelve monthly payments. Your limits and included AI credits still renew every month, and you can switch between monthly and yearly from the billing page.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within 24 hours of a payment: ask from the billing page and we refund it in full. After 24 hours payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. A credit pack can be refunded within 24 hours if none of its credits have been used.

Can I have more than one business?

Yes. Each business has its own plan. One business per owner can be on Free; to add another, move the first one to Pro or Ultra.

Is my accountant free?

A read-only accountant seat is included on Free: invite them with the Auditor role. On Pro and Ultra your accountant is one of the included users and gets the review pack: trial balance, general ledger, VAT workings and the tie-out report.
